Posted on

Zokit RCT is the latest hub to open in South Wales.

More than 40 businesses attended the launch of the newest hub created by networking and business development organisation Zokit.

The launch of Zokit Rhondda Cynon Taf was held on Friday (January 27) at Sovereign Connect, Llantrisant.

Hub leader Bob Kennedy, the Managing Director of Mynt Apps, said: “It was wonderful to see so many different businesses in the room for the launch. I had expected to attract half that number with the first event.

“It was a fun, positive lunch. An excellent buffet was provided by Pontyclun’s Cooked From Scratch and cakes by Cake Simply of Miskin.

“Whether you’ve had a brilliant week or you’d like to move swiftly onto the next week, our Friday lunchtime networking will set you up for the weekend. Our aim is to help you end your week on a high. I’m really looking forward to the next meeting, and to helping our members and visitors make great connections.”

Zokit founder Neil Lloyd gave his business wisdom talk during the launch and there was an opportunity for one-to-one meetings. Businesses who attended included outsourced HR professionals, web designers and social media experts, accountants and financial advisers, business coaches, health and safety specialists, and commercial and event photographers. Zokit RCT meets on the first and third Fridays of every month between noon and 2pm.
